Official Rules
TICKET SALES AND RULES
Tickets on sale Wednesday, November 13. Ticket sales will end on Friday, January 17, 2025, OR when all 200 tickets are sold. Only a maximum of 200 tickets will be sold. When you purchase a ticket on our website you will receive a downloadable 8.5" x 11" that serves as your ticket. Please keep this ticket either in printed or electronic form. Our raffle organizer will keep track of all tickets sales including purchaser name and date. All Creeds Brotherhood will not collect or save your payment information (credit card information) all payments are processed through PayPal or Square. All Creeds Brotherhood will add your email address to our database in order to send you occasional email notifications about Cove activities. These emails will originate with Sanctuary Cove email (management@sanctuarycove.org) ; you may unsubscribe at any time. All ticket sales are final. Ticket purchases are not deductible because every purchase results in an exchange of value. Every ticket purchaser will receive an unframed, signed and numbered print valued at approximately $100.00
PRIZES
Our Grand Prize is an offest framed, 24" x 36" acrylic photo print of "Sanctuary Cove with Milky Way 2024" by Photgrapher Ryan Mette.
Drawing will be made by an online randomizer program. This process, as well as the matching of the purchaser's name with the chosen number, will be live streamed on Saturday, January 18 at 4:00 p.m. and posted on our website. Multiple ticket purchasers are eligible to win more than one of the top prizes. Members of the Board of Directors of All Creeds Brotherhood are ineligible to win any top prize but may purchase tickets to obtain the limited edition print. If a board member's name is chosen by the randomizer, a second random selection will be generated.
PRIZE PICKUP/DELIVERY
All prizes must be picked up from Sanctuary Cove: you may contact the Caretakers (by text message or email) to make an appointment to pick up your prize. Grand Prize original watercolor will require extra shipping and handling fees if the winner is not able to pick up from Sanctuary Cove.
Prizes unclaimed and not picked up or shipped by February 28, 2025 will become the sole property of All Creeds Brotherhood/Sanctuary Cove and winner will forfeit all claim to ownership.
