Prayer for Peace:
Deep, within the still center of my being, may I find peace
Silently, within the quiet of the grove, may I share peace
Gently, within the greater circle of human kind, may I radiate peace.
Call for peace:
May there be peace in the East
May there be peace in the North
May there be peace in the West
May there be peace in the South
May there be peace throughout the whole world.
Druid’s Prayer:
Grant, oh Spirit, thy protection
And in protection strength
And in strength, understanding
And in understanding, knowledge
And in knowledge, the knowledge of justice
And in the knowledge of justice, the love of it
And in the love of it, the love of all existences
And in the love of all existences, the love of spirit and all goodness.
Invocation for Peace: In the vastness of this universe, we gather, a tapestry woven from countless threads of humanity. Though our paths diverge in beliefs and tongues, we share one common ground: the yearning for peace.
May we remember the echoes of conflict that have fractured the earth, the scars etched upon our history, and the whispers of fear that still linger in our hearts. But may we also recall the resilience of the human spirit, the hands reaching out in compassion across borders and divides, the voices rising in unison for understanding.
Let us turn inward, seeking the wellspring of peace within. May we quiet the storms of anger, dispel the shadows of misunderstanding, and cultivate the garden of forgiveness. Let gentleness guide our words, empathy shape our actions, and respect be the cornerstone of our interactions.
Outward, let our ripples of peace spread, reaching across communities, oceans, and mountains. May we bridge divides with dialogue, dismantle walls of prejudice with acts of kindness, and ignite the flame of cooperation instead of the embers of conflict.
For the children who dream of a world bathed in sunlight, for the elders who carry the weight of a troubled past, for the weary who yearn for a moment of respite, let us work tirelessly for a future where peace is not a fleeting wish, but a lived reality.
May we be instruments of harmony, not weapons of discord. May we be healers of wounds, not inflicters of pain. May we be voices of reason, not echoes of war.
Let peace, not just for a moment, but for generations to come, be the legacy we leave behind. Let it be our song, our prayer, our offering to the universe.
In the quiet moments of reflection and the thundering chorus of action, may peace be our guiding star.
And so it shall be.

MLK Day Prayer
New Years 2024
Christmas 2023
As the day wanes and the crescent moon appears, May we find within ourselves the strength to persevere. Let compassion and kindness be our guiding light, As we reflect and strive to do what is right.
May we find peace in reflection and gratitude's embrace, And offer support to those in need, in every space. In this time of renewal, may we open our hearts and minds, To the beauty of all creation, and the bonds that humankind binds.
May this Ramadan, a season of blessings unfold, Bringing hope, understanding, and stories yet untold.
(Amen/Shalom/Peace)
This prayer will be read at the Labrynth to Great Spirit, and Mother Earth in thankful celebration for the Spring Equinox which occurs in Tucson at 8:06 PM Tucson time.
As the days lengthen and new life bursts forth, we celebrate the return of balance and light.
We see the beauty of renewal in nature and feel a deep yearning for peace within ourselves and the world.
We pray for peace in our hearts, minds, and communities.
May we find compassion for ourselves and others, and may understanding bridge the divides that separate us.
May the conflicts that bring darkness to our world be replaced with the dawn of cooperation and shared purpose.
Just as the Earth awakens, may we awaken to the potential for peace within us and all around us.
Let the spirit of harmony blossom alongside the spring flowers, and may this new season be a time of healing and hope.
Blessed be.
Beneath a sky of twilight hush, A desert blooms with sacred brush. Saguaro arms reach stark and tall, A watchful presence over all.
No wheat for bread these sands conspire, But prickly pear with heart of fire. Sweet fruit compressed, a fragile prize, A symbol of escape that never dies.
Desert winds whisper of a time, When Pharaoh's grip, a heavy crime, Bound hearts in chains, a bitter plight, But hope, like desert stars, burned bright.
We gather 'round the flickering flame, Remembering whispers of a sacred name. Charoset, a paste of dates and wine, A taste of freedom, truly divine.
Four cups we raise beneath the moon, For plagues that passed, a joyous tune. From slavery's yoke, the desert's call, A people rose, and freedom for all.
Here, in the Sonoran's vast embrace, We find a place to leave our trace. A story etched in shifting sand, Of exodus, a guiding hand.
