Chapel Window Restoration Project
Dear Friend of Sanctuary Cove,
For seventy years, the Chapel at Sanctuary Cove has offered peace, quiet, and inspiration to all who visit; the Light of the Spirit shines bright and warm inside.
Since 1955, this simple, beautiful space has welcomed thousands seeking rest, prayer, and reflection among our 80 acres of open land — always free to the public.
Now, as we prepare to celebrate the Chapel’s 70th anniversary in 2025, we’re undertaking an important restoration to preserve it for generations to come.
The project includes refurbishing the original 1950s casement windows and installing new hand-crafted stained glass windows that will fill the Chapel with color and light once again.
The total cost of this restoration is $12,000. We’ve already received two generous gifts — $5,000 from a supporter and $1,000 from our stained glass partner. That means we’re just $7,400 away from completing the project.
